Account deletion
Delete your SatsMine account
You can request deletion from inside the app support flow or by contacting support.
How to request deletion
- Open SatsMine.
- Go to the profile or support area.
- Send an account deletion request to support.
You may also email support@minerclub.club from the email address associated with your account. Include your SatsMine account identifier, Google Sign-In email, and any payout address you submitted so we can verify the request.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and sign-in association.
- Device token association where it is no longer needed for fraud prevention.
- App reward state, booster state, and payout balance where deletion is legally and operationally allowed.
- Support information connected to the account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, payout review, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Retained data will be limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legitimate reasons.
