This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of Miner Club for the mobile application SatsMine: Bitcoin Rewards, package name com.minerclub.cloudminingrewards. For privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data requests, contact support@minerclub.club.

What SatsMine is

SatsMine is a mobile rewards app experience. SAT shown in the app is a platform reward point used for app reward tracking. SatsMine does not mine cryptocurrency on your device and does not provide investment, trading, lending, staking, exchange, wallet, custody, deposit, or financial advisory services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process the categories below. Some data is collected directly from you, some is generated by your app activity, and some is provided by platform services such as Google Play.

• Account information: Google Sign-In identifiers, email address, display name, profile photo, account status, referral code, invite code usage, and support messages you send to us.
• Device and app information: device ID generated or used by the app, device model, operating system, platform, app version, language, timezone, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, request timestamps, nonce values, app signature status, and security or integrity check results.
• App activity and reward records: SAT reward balance, hashrate-style boosters, daily tasks, lottery or activity participation, ad reward attempts, reward grant status, payout request history, risk-control events, and account actions.
• Purchase information: Google Play product identifiers, order identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase state, entitlement state, refund or revocation status, price, currency, and receipt verification status.
• Payout information: Lightning address or other payout destination that you submit for payout review, payout amount, payout status, and payout provider response data.
• Advertising and analytics information: rewarded ad events, ad placement, ad reward value, advertising identifiers where available and permitted by device settings, app interaction events, diagnostics, crash or performance information, and fraud-prevention signals.
• Identity or compliance review information: information you provide, or that we request, if additional review is required before approving a payout or investigating suspicious activity.

How we use information

• Operate the app, authenticate users, maintain balances, apply boosters, and process payout requests.
• Verify rewarded ads, in-app purchases, refund status, identity status, and anti-fraud signals.
• Provide customer support and respond to privacy or account deletion requests.
• Protect the service, enforce limits, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure app performance, diagnose crashes or ANRs, improve reliability, and measure advertising effectiveness where permitted.
• Send service messages, account notices, security alerts, or policy updates related to your use of SatsMine.

Sharing

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app:

• Google Play services for sign-in, purchase verification, Play Integrity, and mobile advertising.
• AdMob or advertising partners for rewarded ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
• Speed or payout infrastructure providers when you submit payout information.
• Hosting, database, logging, and security providers used to operate the backend.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, security, or fraud prevention.

These providers are allowed to process data only for the purposes described in this policy and under their own applicable privacy and security terms. We do not allow service providers to use personal and sensitive user data for unrelated purposes.

Third-party SDKs and services

SatsMine may use third-party SDKs and platform services, including:

• Google Sign-In for authentication (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases and purchase verification (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Play Integrity or similar app integrity checks for fraud prevention (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google AdMob and advertising partners for rewarded ads (Google Advertising Policy).
• Firebase or analytics and diagnostics services for app analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring (Firebase Privacy and Security).
• Hosting, database, logging, security, and payout infrastructure providers.

Advertising

SatsMine may show rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are opt-in: you choose whether to watch an ad in exchange for an in-app reward. Advertising identifiers are handled according to user device settings and Google Play policies. You can reset or limit your advertising ID through your device settings where supported.

In-app purchases

Optional digital goods or boosters are processed through Google Play Billing where required. Purchased virtual items are intended for use only within SatsMine and do not unlock guaranteed payouts.

Permissions and device access

SatsMine requests only permissions needed for app features, security, advertising, or platform operation. We do not use your device CPU or GPU to mine cryptocurrency. We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, SMS, or precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly asks for that access and you grant permission.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information. User data collected by SatsMine is encrypted in transit using secure protocols such as HTTPS. We also use server-side controls to authenticate requests, validate reward activity, protect purchase and payout workflows, and reduce fraud. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and operational safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the app, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transaction records. You can request account deletion from within the app or through our public deletion page. Some records may be retained for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, purchase history, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Data deletion and account erasure

If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you can submit a request in either of the following ways:

• Use the account deletion option inside the SatsMine app where available.
• Submit a request without downloading the app through our public deletion page: https://www.minerclub.club/miner-club/delete-account.html.
• Email us at support@minerclub.club.

We will verify and process deletion requests within 7 business days where reasonably possible. Deleted account data will be removed or anonymized unless we are legally required or have a legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or purchase-record reason to retain limited records for a longer period.

Your choices and rights

• You can choose not to sign in, but account-based reward and payout features will not be available.
• You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
• You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID settings through your device or Google account settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data by contacting us.
• You can request account deletion in the app or through our public deletion page.

GDPR, UK GDPR, and California privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information as defined by applicable law.

SatsMine does not sell personal and sensitive user data. To exercise privacy rights, contact support@minerclub.club or use our public deletion page. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information according to this policy regardless of where it is processed.

Children

SatsMine is not directed to children. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent where required, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be available on this page.
