Delete your MineRoll account

Submit a deletion request

1. Email support@minerclub.club from the Google email address associated with MineRoll.
2. Use the subject MineRoll Account Deletion.
3. Include your MineRoll player ID if available. Do not send your password, device token, payment-card data or Google password.

This public page is the official way to initiate deletion. We may request reasonable account verification before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile data and game progress associated with the request, including lands, inventory, task progress and active reward state, except information we must retain.

What may be retained

Purchase, payout, fraud-prevention, security, dispute and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required to protect users, meet platform obligations, resolve transactions and comply with law. Retained records are restricted to those purposes.

Consequences

Deletion is permanent after processing. Game progress, virtual items and unprocessed in-app reward records cannot be restored. Complete or resolve pending purchase and payout questions before requesting deletion.

Processing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and process verified requests within the period required by applicable law. Access may be disabled while deletion is processed. We will contact you if more information is necessary and confirm when the request is completed.
