Developer and contact

This policy explains how Miner Club handles information for MineRoll: Idle Mining Tycoon, Android package com.minerclub.mineroll. For privacy, data or deletion requests, contact support@minerclub.club.

What MineRoll is

MineRoll is a mobile mining-themed board, idle progression and rewards game. It does not mine cryptocurrency on your device and is not an investment, exchange, wallet, custody, staking, lending, deposit or financial advisory service.

Information we collect

• Account data: Google sign-in identifier, email, display name, selected avatar, account status, user level, referral code and support communications.
• Device and security data: app-scoped device ID, model, operating system, app version, language, timezone, IP address, approximate IP-based region, request timestamps, signatures, nonce values and Play Integrity or other anti-abuse results.
• Game activity: dice inventory and rolls, map movement, land ownership, upgrades, mining speed, SAT and crystal records, task progress, item balances, rankings, reward claims, ad reward attempts and game-event history.
• Purchase data: Google Play product, order and transaction identifiers, purchase token, price, currency, purchase state, acknowledgement, verification, refund and revocation information. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Payout data: payout destination, requested amount, request status, review result, provider response and risk-control records.
• Notifications: notification permission status, platform, device push token and notification delivery or interaction records when you enable notifications.
• Advertising and diagnostics: rewarded-ad events, advertising identifiers where permitted, campaign attribution, consent choices, analytics events, crash logs, performance information and fraud-prevention signals.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and operate maps, lands, inventory, tasks, rankings, rewards and payout requests.
• Verify purchases and rewarded ads, deliver virtual items, restore entitlements and process refunds or revocations.
• Calculate server-authoritative progress, detect abuse, secure accounts and enforce game limits.
• Provide support, respond to legal or privacy requests and improve reliability.
• Measure app and advertising performance where permitted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. Limited information may be processed by service providers supporting Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing and Integrity, Firebase services, Google AdMob, cloud hosting, databases, logging, security, customer support and payout operations. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Rewarded ads and purchases

Rewarded ads are optional and user-initiated. Optional virtual items are processed through Google Play where required. Virtual items are for use inside MineRoll and do not guarantee payout approval, investment return or ownership of cryptocurrency or mining equipment.

Device access

MineRoll does not use your CPU or GPU to mine cryptocurrency. Notifications require your permission on supported Android versions. MineRoll does not intentionally collect contacts, personal photos, microphone recordings, SMS content or precise GPS location through its current gameplay features.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, authenticated requests, access controls and integrity checks. Account and gameplay records are retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service. Purchase, payout, security, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained after account deletion when required for platform obligations, transaction reconciliation, legal compliance or defense of claims. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized according to operational and legal requirements. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

• You may decline optional rewarded ads, purchases and notification permission.
• You may change notification permission through Android settings.
• You may review or withdraw available advertising consent choices from Profile → Ad Privacy when the privacy form is required in your region.
• You may manage broader advertising settings through your device or Google account.
• You may request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting us.
• You may initiate deletion through our public account deletion page.

Children

MineRoll is not directed to children. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, law or data practices change. The current effective date will appear above.
