Delete your BitMine account
You can request deletion from inside the app support flow or by contacting support.
Developer and contact
BitMine is developed and operated by MCFADDEN WDC LLC. Account deletion support is available at support@minerclub.club.
How to request deletion
- Open BitMine.
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
You may also email support@minerclub.club from the email address associated with your account. Include your BitMine account identifier and Google Sign-In email so we can verify the request.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and sign-in association.
- Device token association where it is no longer needed for fraud prevention.
- Gameplay progress, virtual item state, and account preferences where deletion is legally allowed.
- Support information connected to the account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Retained data will be limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 business days. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, purchases, or legal compliance.
