Developer and contact

BitMine is developed and operated by MCFADDEN WDC LLC. Contact support@minerclub.club for support.

Virtual simulation

BitMine is an idle mining simulation game. Equipment, facilities, resources, rates, levels, and other values shown in the app are virtual gameplay elements. They are not deposits, securities, stored-value accounts, investment products, wallet balances, mining contracts, or ownership of real mining hardware.

Gameplay progress

Players can build a virtual facility, upgrade equipment, complete activities, and unlock new stages. Progress, balancing, availability, and feature requirements may change as the game is updated.

Virtual items

Virtual items are licensed for personal use inside BitMine. They cannot be used outside the app and do not represent cryptocurrency, legal tender, a financial account, or a claim against BitMine. All credits, resources, rewards, rates, and balances shown in BitMine are virtual gameplay elements. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, or converted into cash or cryptocurrency.

Advertising rewards

When BitMine offers optional rewarded advertisements, the reward consists only of virtual, non-transferable gameplay items, such as temporary speed boosts or virtual credits. Advertising rewards cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other real-world value.

Purchases

In-app purchases, when offered, are optional virtual items processed through Google Play Billing where required. Purchases do not represent mining hardware, cryptocurrency ownership, investment participation, or a promise of financial return.

Fair play

BitMine may restrict accounts or correct gameplay records affected by automation, modified clients, emulator abuse, duplicate accounts, manipulated referrals, invalid purchases, chargebacks, or other activity that violates these rules or compromises the service.

Availability and changes

Features, virtual item availability, progression requirements, supported devices, and regional availability may change over time. Continued use of the app is subject to the current rules and notices.
