BitMine is developed and operated by MCFADDEN WDC LLC. Contact support@minerclub.club for support or questions about these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BitMine, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Gameplay Rules, the Simulation Notice, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Entertainment and simulation service

BitMine is provided solely as an entertainment and idle mining simulation game. It does not mine cryptocurrency, operate real mining hardware for users, or provide investment or financial services.

Accounts

A supported Google Sign-In account is currently required for account-based features and saved progress. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

Virtual items

MCFADDEN WDC LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use virtual items inside BitMine. Virtual items remain part of the service, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, exchanged, or converted into cash or cryptocurrency.

Purchases and refunds

Optional in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play payment and refund rules. Except where required by law or platform policy, completed purchases are not refundable by MCFADDEN WDC LLC. Purchased virtual items do not represent property, investments, or financial claims.

Acceptable use

You may not use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, exploits, emulators for abuse, multiple accounts to evade limits, manipulated referrals, fraudulent purchases, invalid advertising activity, or any method that disrupts the service or creates unfair gameplay.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, and may correct affected gameplay records, when an account violates these terms, threatens service security, engages in fraud or abuse, or when required by law.

Service changes

We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue features, virtual items, progression requirements, or the service. We may also update these terms. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, BitMine is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, device compatibility, or continued availability of any feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
